WELCOM TO BEKOKO!
His Majesty Nguime Ekollo F. Chief of Bekoko
A Call for Unity and Action
Dear Notables, Residents, Driving Forces, children, grandchildren or whoever you may be,
It is with a heart full of hope and determination that I address you today, through the voice of our brand-new platform for action: the Bekoko Residents Association (BRA).
Bekoko is not just a place on a map; it is our birthplace, the land of our ancestors, and the silent witness to our lives. Our village is rich in invaluable human resources, energetic youth, and a strategic geographical location. This is our pride, summed up in the slogan: “Bekoko, our village, our pride.”
However, we cannot ignore the shadows that sometimes darken our daily lives. Our weaknesses often lie in the lack of coordination of our efforts, in the growing insecurity that we must eradicate, and in the constant challenge of maintaining our infrastructure and cleanliness. These problems, it is true, weigh on our quality of life.
The time for individualism is over. Our future depends on living together, on our ability to become one body to guarantee peace and prosperity for all.
The BRA: The organized response to our challenges
In the face of these challenges, the Bekoko Residents' Association (BRA) is not an option, but a vital necessity. It is the bridge that connects us, the engine that transforms good intentions into concrete actions. The BRA is the organized platform we have been waiting for.
Its vision: A model of cohesion
The BRA's vision is clear and ambitious: to make Bekoko an exemplary, united, clean, and dynamic village, where every resident is proud to contribute to its development. We want to leave our children a legacy that commands respect.
Its mission: Acting on four pillars
To achieve this vision, the BRA is committed to uniting the energies of the population around common goals, promoting civic-mindedness, and implementing community projects. Our action is structured around four fundamental pillars:
Individual and collective security: Building a protective shield based on collective vigilance and a disciplined alert protocol.
Development and cleanliness: Ridding our streets of “black spots,” lighting up dark areas, and maintaining cleanliness.
Improving quality of life: By making our environment safe, well-lit, and healthy.
Well-being and social cohesion: Creating opportunities for sharing, sports, and pride, so that we never again feel like strangers in our own home.
A solemn call to join us
The BRA belongs to everyone. It is only strong through the sum of our wills.
To you, residents of Bekoko, I make this appeal: Join us! Your membership is not an expense, it is an investment in the safety of your home, in the cleanliness of your street, and in the value of your property. It is irrefutable proof of your commitment to living together in harmony and leaving no one behind when it comes to safety. It is the price of our collective dignity.
To you, daughters and sons of Bekoko in the diaspora: Your homeland needs you. The BRA is the channel through which you can reconnect with your village. Your support is essential to give our vision the scale it needs. Join us and participate in building a new narrative for Bekoko.
To you, the elites, the driving forces, and all those who carry within them the seeds of love for Bekoko, wherever you are in the world: your moral, technical, and financial support is indispensable. The BRA is the tool that will give voice and effectiveness to your generosity. Join us and participate in building the new narrative of Bekoko.
Finally, I reiterate my blessing and gratitude to the leaders of the BRA. I encourage them to continue to act with transparency, courage, and dedication. They have MY unwavering support.
Together, let us make Bekoko the village we deserve, a model of living together and community success that will inspire the nation.
God bless you, and may the spirit of unity guide us.
Sincerely,
His Majesty Nguime Ekollo
Chief of Bekoko Village
